A man has been charged for carrying out the most horrifying abuse against a young girl and her loved ones recently.

According to media reports, 31-year-old Damien Bendell has been alleged to have assaulted and then murdered 11-year-old Lacey Bennett. But the criminal did not stop with heinous behavior, as he went about murdering her brother, friend, and mother too.

The tragedy came into the police’s knowledge after four bodies were reportedly recovered from a house located in Killamarsh, Derbyshire, as explained by local media outlets after breaking the news.

But the mystery became stranger when the alleged suspect was known to be the mother’s boyfriend who didn’t even spare his own lover, let alone her kids.

The suspect was due for a court plea hearing, which was scheduled today. But now, media reports claim that the case has been adjourned till the 4th of January at Derby’s Crown Court.

According to the murder charges slapped by authorities on Bendell, he is accused of killing all four individuals which include 11-year-old Lacey, her 13-year-old brother, followed by the 35-year-old mother who was reportedly his girlfriend, and then an 11-year-old family friend too.

Cops claim to have stumbled upon the four dead bodies between the 17th of September and the 20th of September.

Meanwhile, a recent inquest was heard at the Chesterfield Coroner’s court which spoke about how the four individuals had reportedly passed away due to the effects of a violent attack.

While the case is still under investigation regarding details as to how one man was able to carry out so much crime against one family, grieving members of the victims’ family are beyond devastated and wish to seek justice on the matter soon.
