And that’s because one man is going public with his botched nose job. Yes, it’s a surgery that left him with a permanent erection for more than 3 months.
While he just might be the record-breaker for something as bizarre as this, he’s not afraid to share his story with others. Meanwhile, he’s simply not refusing to back down. In addition, he’s opening his own consultation business. And that revolves around preventing such incidents from occurring in the first place.

As a young teen, 50-year-old Ciganovic, always knew what he wanted to look like. You can think of it as a rather peculiar or bizarre thing. However, the Croatian resident says that for him, male Bratz dolls were an inspiration.
His clear image picture revolved around a tiny nose, giant lips, and raised cheekbones. And to get his dream image, he was willing to go under the knife. Moreover, if that meant more than one surgery, then so be it.
To ensure his dreams were on track, Ciganovic needed the correct lineup of procedures. Hence in 1992, he underwent his first-ever cosmetic surgery. And that comprised of silicone fillers on his lips!

In 2017, the male personality woke up with a botched nose job, post-surgery. And instead of correcting his nose, it in fact led to further worsening of matters. Above all, to fix the horror, Ciganovic needed three more procedures. Yes, that was the only solution for getting rid of his permanent erection.
Permanent erection leaves doctors baffled
What actually went wrong with the procedure? How did a botched nose job lead to decreased sexual desire? These are just some of the many questions worth pondering upon.
The Croatian national says doctors were confused about how it all happened. They simply had no justification. And in the end, there was some suspicion about a link between food supplements and the surgery. Moreover, the supplements were related to boosting sex drives for men.
Ciganovic explains:
‘When I woke up from my anesthesia, after my nose job, I went through a difficult time. It was really hard for me. In short, I had a full erection that lasted for around 3 months. I just might have brought down the world record.’
‘I had three surgeries on my penis, and after the third one, my willy started going down. For me, it was really painful but I survived past it all.’
The male stylist explains how the difficult scenario gave him depression. Although he is very grateful that it’s all over now and he has no physical after-effects too! Likewise, he’s happy because now, his erection lasts much longer, giving him greater pleasure.
