According to the 13-page complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the now 65-year-old woman from Connecticut says the incident happened in 1965.

The singer, now 81, would’ve been 23 at the time he allegedly groomed the girl and left her ‘scarred and psychologically damaged to this day,’ the lawsuit says.
