In another tragic case, little Hallie-Rae Leek passed away at the age of 4 in 2017.
Here, midwives struggled to find her heartbeat but when she was born, it was in a massively poor condition. In total, it took her 22 minutes to resuscitate her. Even in this case, they accepted their mistake a tad bit too late.
