American Idol sensation Syesha Mercado is going viral as she raised her voice against a heartbreaking incident involving her newborn baby.
According to local media reports, authorities seized her 10-day old baby, leaving the star to sob and scream against their actions. The singing powerhouse was recently seen on viral camera footage in the most harrowing moment that any parent could ever witness.
That is when the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office seized her 10-day old daughter, leaving the star heartbroken beyond words.
This is not the first time that the mother of two had to witness such an occasion because her son was also illegally kidnapped by the cops, despite being just 15 months old.
While the star refused to share details relating to the incident in public, she did go on to reveal how that incident which took place five months back was just too painful for her.
The 34-year-old native of Florida finished the singing competition in third place but ever since then, people just couldn’t forget her soulful voice and cheerful personality. And that is why the star’s heartbreaking family troubles are causing major concern and outcry in the public eye too.
Local media outlets revealed how a number of deputies went about surrounding her SUV vehicle that Mercado was in with her partner and newborn child. The incident took place during the early hours of Wednesday where authorities claimed to have been conducting some sort of roadside check related to welfare.
But all of a sudden, things took an ugly turn as they took her newborn baby girl into their custody, leaving the mother in a helpless and emotional position. Some reports revealed how the child was taken to a local hospital for a physical examination after allegations against the star’s malnourished son emerged in the past.
The disturbing video was posted online by Mercado and her partner Deener, which reportedly took place near Lockwood Ridge Road and Whitfield Drive.
It came with a haunting caption that mentioned in bold letters, ‘They took our baby again!” Moreover, the video garnered 1.9 million views with many sending their prayers and well wishes for the star.
