A young girl in Dallas, Texas has left the world stunned after shooting and killing an 11-year-old boy at a parking lot.

The young suspect was recently charged with murder and it’s safe to say that the family is just as dumbfounded and in shock as the rest of the state.

The number of cases involving gun violence continues to grow across the board and this just happens to be one of those instances where young citizens are grabbing a hold of weapons despite being severely under the age limit.

The cops were reportedly called into one apartment complex in the Cedar district of Dallas on Sunday.

The young suspect happened to have gotten into an argument with another girl her age. And then all of a sudden, she took out a weapon and started to aim at her, ready to fire.

But it so happened that her target was missed and another innocent victim was killed. He happened to be this young boy who suffered fatal gunshot wounds.

It is yet to be clear how she grabbed a hold of the handgun, as sources mentioned that she retrieved it.

11-year-old D’evan McFall died on the spot and now, his family mourns the loss of an innocent boy who did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this, his parents added.

At the moment, the suspect is being held at the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice center. She awaits her trial after being charged with murder.

Sergeant Warren Mitchell who arrived at the scene of the incident says it all happened in the parking lot and it’s just so tragic how a battle of words led to one using guns.
