A shocking twist has arisen where a Melbourne show rollercoaster victim has woken up from her coma after more than two months.
According to reports from local media outlets, the victim lay in a debilitated condition after she fell out of her ride and brutally hit the ground. Many feared the worst but she still managed to survive and was in a coma.
Today, she has finally woken up, providing a sense of shock and relief to both her doctors as well as her loved ones. But medical experts have confirmed that she isn’t out of a dangerous state just yet.
The victim was identified as 26-year-old Shylah Rodden who died after being hit by the ride at the famous Melbourne Show in September of this year.
She suffered from intense damage to both her brain as well as her pelvis, arms, and back.
Moreover, the hospital at which she was being treated went on to reveal that she is now in a stable condition but she still needed time to get back to normalcy and it would be a slow process.
The ride was traveling at an intense speed of 70km/h and she was stated to be trying to retrieve her phone at that moment when all of a sudden, it hit her and she got seriously injured and fell down to the ground.
On that note, paramedics were quick to rush her to a nearby medical facility and that’s where loved ones feared for her wellbeing.
While she is showing some great signs of improvement, we cannot mention that she is out of danger just yet- this was the statement mentioned by one close source of the victim’s family.
On that day, the victim had been busy working at one of her pal’s stalls, and then all of a sudden, she made the abrupt decision to go and have some fun on the rides herself.
