A 50-year-old woman was recently found dead inside her own residence in Lincolnshire.

According to reports from local media outlets, the tragic incident took place after midnight on Sunday, leaving the entire community in shock over the tragedy.

The police charged to the scene near Scunthorpe in Lincolnshire during the later hours of the night. And that was right after several calls for the concern of safety were made.

They had no idea what they were going to witness after stepping inside the home. But to their horror, a woman was found dead inside.

The woman lay dead inside the residence. Paramedics were called to the scene and that’s where they rushed to find her and try to revive her. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. And she was soon pronounced dead.

Meanwhile, a man located in the vicinity of the tragedy was immediately taken into police custody. He was described to be 54 in age and while the law enforcement officers establish the circumstances of the case, it can’t be concluded what really went on that night unless more details are revealed.

Meanwhile, cops from the Humberside Police remained at the scary scene on Monday and which was located on Elm Way. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the police department did shed light on how they’ve now opened up an entire probe to determine what really went on that day.

“The victim’s loved ones are currently being supported during this difficult time of grieving. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this sad event”- he went on to mention.

Meanwhile, the detective handling the case said that they understand the tragic nature of the incident and how it has caused immense shock in the community. But they promised to get to the bottom of this while requesting others to remain calm as there was no wide risk to the community.
