A woman is revealing her utter heartbreak after the NHS rejected her as an ideal candidate for breast reduction surgery.
Helen Drake is now crowdfunding for her breast reduction surgery after she was reportedly turned down by the country’s leading health institution.
But many were beyond shocked to learn why she had been rejected because the explanation provided just wasn’t clear. It comprised of her boobs not being big enough. They felt 32GG just wasn’t a size that needed to undergo such a procedure. As you can imagine, Helen and so many others were just shocked.
“It’s just too mindblowing for me that my cleavage is too small to qualify for their standards”- she started to explain.
Helen says she’s been facing so much trouble in her daily life as her breasts get in the way of everything. While she does wear a UK side dress 10 and is around 5ft 4inches in height, she’s spent thousands of pounds on bras over the years. And that’s because nothing really fits her too well.
“It’s like I lack the support that I require and it’s getting a lot for me to handle”- she continued.
Getting rejected by the NHS on so many occasions is not a pretty picture for her. She literally has to hunch and walk these days because that’s really how bad it has all become.
Be it abdominal issues or asthma, she’s got a lot on her plate, healthwise. The least she wants now is to have that peace of mind that she’ll be guaranteed surgery but it has not been happening.
She’s trying her best to raise awareness on the matter that so many women go through on a daily basis but are forced to suffer in silence.
“Poor backache and bad posture is affecting the quality of my life and I wish people would understand the bigger picture, instead of just looking at the size of my cleavage”- she went on to add.
