A husband has slammed his wife for choosing a male gynecologist instead of a female one.

The husband says the thought of another man staring down at his lover’s private parts is just beyond outrageous for him to think about. And that’s why he’s asking for the advice of others to see what they think of the situation.

While doctors can be of various kinds, he just feels that gynecology is a field that’s better suited for women as it’s got to them with the handling of private parts.

But the news is not going down too well with his pregnant wife. She feels horrified that her husband has such a narrow mind and that he can’t accept a doctor taking over and carrying out her examination ‘down there’.

The story was recently posted on Quora and it has reportedly begun a massive debate. People are giving out their opinions on whether or not the man is in the wrong or not.

He just feels that life would be so much simpler if she changed her doctor because he’s having a really hard time adjusting to the fact that another man is handling his wife’s case.

The husband wanted other men’s opinions and how they would feel about a man conducting such an intimate examination. And people were blown away at the way this husband was behaving, considering his wife was pregnant.

One man’s response was hailed as the best. This was from John Cate who says that he cares ever so deeply for his wife’s overall health and general well-being. And that’s why he’s never gender-biased when it comes to health care professionals.

He likes to choose doctors based on how knowledgeable they are, their level of skill and expertise, and how comfortable the wife is when visiting. Moreover, he suggested this husband do the same and stop putting such childish rants because, after marriage, he should be more sensible and mature.
