Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a young and adventurous man who many called the Red Devils Ace.
According to reports from local media outlets, the man fell a staggering 3500 feet to his death in a matter of seconds after his parachute got stuck in a fellow jumper’s lines.
The victim was recently identified as Sergeant Dean Walton of the Red Devils who passed away immediately after a mid-air collision during his daring jump.
Sources revealed how he was an absolute daredevil where the term fear never existed in his vocabulary. Moreover, he was a sergeant Major of the British Army’s display team, and to see him pass away doing the thing he loved the most really brought tears to many people’s eyes.
More details into the harrowing incident showed how the jumper’s entire canopy collapsed when his lines got mixed up with those close to him. Therefore, after entering into the most severe spin, he was left with no choice but to crash land down to the ground at high speed, killing him upon impact with the ground.
The news has sent shockwaves through his workforce and his family who can’t believe he passed away during the act.
The incident took place in Spain and although initial reports went into detail outlining how medical teams were dispatched and equipment was launched at the drop zone where he fell, it was in vain.
The injuries were just too severe for anyone to survive a plunging drop from 3500 feet.
The other jumper with whom the collision took place has since then written a harrowing account of the tragic accident. He says it’s a huge misfortune that he’s been left to live with for eternity. He was identified as 39-year-old Nimsdai Purja who hails from Nepal.
