The Pirates of the Caribbean star returned to the witness box and recalled the incident with his ex-girlfriend Kate Moss when she fell down the stairs during a vacation in Jamaica.

Johnny Depp wore a gray suit and blue shirt as he went back to the stand with a large cup filled with coffee.

Recalling the incident with the supermodel, he said: “As Kate Moss testified, many many years ago and what exactly happened is what she said happened. I recall speaking with Miss Heard about that very incident because of the downpouring of rain because it was raining very heavily the day Kate slipped.”

Depp said that he recalled the story to ex-wife Amber Heard but the Aquaman actress “took the story and turned it into a very ugly incident all in her mind.”

“There was never a moment where I pushed Kate down any set of stairs yet she’s spewed this three times before,” he added.

The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory star told the court that he remembered seeing Kate “obviously physically in pain.”

“She was hurt, she was crying, so I ran over and grabbed her to make sure she was all right,” he said. “That’s it. That’s the whole story. I’d never heard a rumor of that before Ms. Heard grabbed hold of it.”

Supermodel Moss, who dated Depp between 1994 and 1998, had testified and said that she had not been pushed.

“We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did and there had been a rainstorm,” she recalled.

“As I left the room I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back and I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me.

“(Depp) came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention.”

Kate had testified via videolink which lasted less than four minutes.

She also said that throughout their relationship, Depp “never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.”

The model’s testimony shut down Heard’s claim that Depp pushed Moss.

Amber Heard previously referenced ‘Kate Moss and stairs’ when she testified about an alleged argument between Depp and her sister.

Heard said that her sister, Whitney Henriquez, was next to a staircase “in the line of fire… trying to get Johnny to stop.

“(Whitney’s) back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her,” she said. “I don’t hesitate, I don’t wait – I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.”
