A Metropolitan cop has reportedly been jailed after he tried to meet an underage female while on duty.

Local media reports claim the police offer has received a jail sentence comprising of 5.5 years as he tried to groom the young teen into having intimate relations with him, while he was on duty.

Officer Franois Olwage worked as a Detective Constable for the counter-terrorism division and was said to have been found guilty of 3 s*x offenses relating to minors as confirmed by the Crown Court in Winchester.

The 52-year-old individual had tried his best to groom the 13-year-old girl that he reportedly met online. But what he didn’t know was that his conversations were being tapped and while he entered McDonald’s, thinking he would prey on his victim, he was shocked to learn that there was an undercover officer waiting for him.

He was immediately arrested by the police positioned at Basingstoke, moments after he purchased his dessert for him and his alleged victim.

Shocking, the officer also had condoms and erection pills with him, followed by lubricant too. In addition to that, he had a little Ferrero Chocolate that would serve as his gift for her, before committing the horrendous crime.

“As a police officer, we deserve better conduct from someone like you. It’s absolutely shameful what you tried to do with the victim and hence will now be jailed for the offense”- the judge boldly mentioned during his trial.

“You tried to take s*xual advantage of the young female and that just goes to show your sheer disregard for the offense”- the judge concluded.
