Moments after his death, the young child was remembered by his dad Gary Keenan who described the young boy as his best mate.
Other loved ones remember the child as a happy and go-lucky individual who loved doing things on his own.
Some of his favorite pass time activities included walking the dog, going to the park, and learning new things at school. But little did anyone realize that he would soon be gone forever.
In a heartbreaking tribute posted for the 5-year-old on Facebook, the father wrote how Dylan was a happy, cheeky, and funny individual. His father also recalled how he adored doing new things.
“His favorite pastime was visiting the lake but he did not like walking around. He was there for the ice cream which he enjoyed very much while riding on his dad’s shoulders. We used to end the day with his favorite McDonald’s meal on the way back”- his dad revealed.
Little Dylan also adored Christmas and his birthday the most. He felt that these were certain times in the year where he would be spoiled the most, his dad revealed.
It is still not clear what the killer’s real motive was behind the young child’s killing as the investigation into the case continues.
