A new and exclusive urgent warning has been issued to all those who use pre-workout mixes as a young student passed away from its consumption.
According to local media reports, Australians are making use of a new and viral trend on social media that comprises of using pure caffeine, as revealed by one toxicologist.
The private sale of this pure caffeine was reportedly banned, right after the death of the 21-year-old musician who passed away in 2018.
He reportedly died right after accidentally overloading on the trend by adding too much pure caffeine to his shake.
Just one teaspoon of the pure powder was enough to contain 5000 milligrams of pure caffeine powder.
Now that is almost equivalent to around 50 cups of coffee and potentially enough to kill any normal and healthy adult, confirmed medical experts.
Moreover, experts such as Professor Johnson-Arbor claims dry scooping for the pre-workout can be very harmful and strongly advises against it as well.
In the year 2019, the sale of pure caffeine has reportedly been banned right after this devastating incident took place, and now toxicologists around the globe say that it’s best to raise awareness upon the issue before its too late,
The victim from Australia who died was identified as Lachlan Foote who was reportedly found dead at his family’s residence in the Blue Mountains. This is situated in the western part of Sydney.
He unfortunately overloaded on the protein drink.
Other medical experts revealed how coffee in normal doses has the tendency to cause symptoms like jitteriness or perhaps nervousness. And you can only imagine that having pure caffeine would ultimately result in deleterious consequences.
What are your thoughts on the adverse effects of pure caffeine? Was this something that you were expecting or not?
