And for that reason, when the President sat down to talk to reporters, one on one, it was a golden opportunity for many.

It wouldn’t be wrong to term it as a fiesty exchange of words and emotions. Therefore, when the reporter questioned the president, Trump exploded. The topic related to conceding the elections, and as you can imagine, the response was one that everyone awaited.
Meanwhile, the US president dubbed the reporter as ‘lightweight,’ for interrupting the president as he was speaking. Yes, Jeff spoke over Trump and he didn’t like it one bit.
The golden question of leaving with increased votes for Biden
Jeff placed special emphasis on the President conceding in relation to votes for Biden. But before the president made an attempt to answer, he called out the reporter. And it was a lesson he might remember for a pretty long time.
Mr. Trump boldly voiced a reminder to the correspondent on how he was still the president of the United States. And that meant no one had the right to talk over him. Hence, the heated argument began with emotions running high, by all means.
Soon afterward, the President continued with his answer about conceding the elections. “It’s a very hard thing to concede,” he explained. At the same time, he did manage to give out a final verdict. And that pertained to how he would ‘leave’ the White House if the electoral college votes for Biden.
Trump refuses to admit defeat
If you think the President was ready and willing to accept his defeat, you might need to think again.
Certainly, he never mentioned he lost the elections, at any given point in time. These facts arise, despite evidence proving Biden’s giant lead in the electoral votes. At the same time, he also failed to comment on whether or not the Trumps would attend the inauguration.
This was the first meeting that took place, ever since the 2020 election day. During the meeting, the President spoke to the reporters in the famed Diplomatic Reception Room. And that was right after a teleconference call with US military troops, present around the globe. Here, Trump thanked the troops for the services. He also joked and warned them against consuming too much turkey on Thanksgiving.
Before the Thanksgiving holiday, the president spent his time on the golf course in Virginia. This was soon followed by a series of rants via his Twitter account.
Whatever the case may be, it will be interesting to see the college’s decision in terms of votes for Biden and whether or not Trump actually leaves the White House.
