A beautiful 3-year-old girl fell 60 feet to her death after her mum allegedly dangled her from the balcony as a punishment for crying.
Anna Ruzankina who hails from Russia is accused of murder after she chose the most daring way to punish her beautiful 3-year-old daughter named Anastasia. The mum started to dangle her child over her balcony and before she knew it, little Anastasia had fallen 6o feet to the ground.
The harrowing incident took place in Russia’s city of Saratov, spreading grief among locals who simply couldn’t believe what had just taken place in front of their eyes.
In a recent video that was released, the little toddler could be heard pleading and begging her mother to stop dangling her in the dangerous position but the mother just wouldn’t listen. “Mama I am scared,” she cried. And then again, “I am really scared,” and that was right before she fell down to the ground and died.
The horrifying footage even managed to catch the final moments of the shocking 60ft fall, right before the little angel slams down into the ground.
Next, the 23-year-old mother could be seen through CCTV footage from the elevator where she went to retrieve her daughter’s dead body, and then again while holding her in her arms inside the lift. The mother then took her dead daughter back into her family’s sixth-floor apartment. as reported by Life News.
The mother tried to shake her lifeless child in the hopes that perhaps there was some life left in her. However, that was far from the truth. Little Anastasia was dead and there was no way she would be coming back into this world.
Meanwhile, one male passerby was also seen in the distressing footage where he mentioned how he heard the young girl’s loud screams that came from the upper floor. “And then I heard the loud sound of something falling and right after that, the screams stopped and it was dead silence,” he went on to add.
“The moment I turned around, a young girl lay on the ground, covered in blood, lying upon an asphalt,” he said. On that note, emergency services were notified as he just couldn’t comprehend the shock of what had just taken place in front of his eyes.
Some neighbors told authorities that the mum tried to hide the story by putting forward a false narrative that the child fell from the balcony herself by climbing over. At the moment, Ruzankina is in jail and if convicted, she faces up to 21 years in prison for the heinous crime.
